Karanveer Chawla is a graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University, pursuing M.S. in Industrial Engineering, with focus areas in the domains of supply chain engineering, data analytics, logistics management, and process improvement. Additionally, he is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Scrum Product Owner®. Prior to joining PennTAP, he was associated with the Third-Party Risk Management division at a Big Four consulting firm for a period of 2.5 years where he was involved in conducting risk assessments for clients in the technology, financial services, and consumer markets sectors. Further, he has also worked with a global construction equipment manufacturer and was responsible for analysis and optimization of their inventory management and warehousing processes. As a graduate intern at PennTAP, he supports small to mid-size manufacturers through assisting with energy audits, writing technical reports, and continuous improvement of processes and operations.
