TEC Talk: Revitalizing the Semiconductor Industry

This forum will focus on the federal CHIPS and Science Act as well as the MASH initiative.

The second of three forums will focus on the federal CHIPS & Science Act designed to revitalize the domestic semiconductor industry and the Mid-Atlantic Semiconductor Hub (MASH) initiative, which Penn State is helping lead as part of a broader coalition of universities and industries. Speakers will discuss the opportunities and challenges this initiative presents to local manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and educational institutions, as well as the broader economy of Northeast PA.

Who should attend: industry executives, economic development professionals, developers, policymakers, community leaders, researchers, entrepreneurs, educators, and students.

There will be a reception to follow.
