Retro-commissioning provides a simple pathway for saving energy and operating dollars through optimizing building performance. It focuses on low to no cost measures primarily through using the building controls system already installed. Through this webinar, we will explore what retro-commissioning is, how it has positively improved building performance, what typical costs and paybacks can be, and what incentives are available from local utilities and other Pennsylvania programs.
The Southwestern Pennsylvania (SWPA) Energy Efficiency Roundtable’s mission is to help businesses and industry in SWPA reduce energy costs through improved energy management, energy efficiency optimization, and implementation of cutting-edge technology. The Roundtable provides a forum for large industrial and commercial energy users to share information and learn from experts on various energy topics, from energy efficiency technologies to energy management strategies.
This is part one of a two-part series. Part two will be in early 2023 with an onsite tour and discussion of the retro-commissioning that was performed at the David Lawrence Convention Center.
