What to expect during an E3 event:

• A lean/continuous improvement consultant will train a team of your employees.
• Together, we will create a value stream map (VSM) of a product line or process, identifying areas of downtime, product build-up, and waste.
• We will develop a future state map to visualize the optimized process, along with an action plan outlining steps and responsibilities for reaching the future state.

Assessment Timeline:

• An E3 assessment will typically consist of 3-4 days
  • 1 day for our energy assessment
  • 3 days for the E3 training
