Tharun Jayabal is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing at The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has over a year and a half of experience as a process improvement engineer in a dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment. As a graduate intern at PennTAP, Tharun specializes in conducting energy audits and performing on-site assessments related to pollution prevention and energy efficiency for various clients across Pennsylvania.
