Jon Havens is a graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University pursuing a Masters in Engineering Design and Innovation (EDI) focusing on Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management (ELIM). He has also completed a Bachelors of Science at Penn State in the major of Mechanical Engineering, as well as a minor in technology-based entrepreneurship. Prior to joining PennTAP, he has had previous experience working in the solar industry, making energy estimations and improving specific company energy processes. As a graduate intern at PennTAP, his primary area of work revolves around conducting on-site pollution prevention and energy efficiency assessments for various clients throughout Pennsylvania.
