Michael Harrar, C.E.M., is the Small Business Engagement Specialist – Eastern PA, working from the Penn State Brandywine campus.

Michael is responsible for providing RISE PA Grant application support for eligible small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, working closely with PennTAP’s Technical Advisors.

Michael has extensive experience in financial and energy markets and now looks to build on his experience in energy efficiency by supporting the manufacturers, communities and the commonwealth that will benefit from RISE PA grants.
