Jason Grottini is the Small Business Engagement Specialist for Western Pennsylvania. In this role, he works with PennTAP’s Technical Advisors to support manufacturers and small businesses pursuing funding through the RISE PA program.

For nearly 20 years, Jason has focused on decarbonizing the built environment. Prior to joining PennTAP, he held leadership roles in energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable construction, where he led strategic planning, team development, and large-scale project delivery for his company. His work has included guiding municipal governments, school districts, healthcare organizations, businesses, and homeowners in advancing energy performance and sustainability goals.

Jason brings experience in cross-sector collaboration, technical project leadership, and practical problem-solving to PennTAP’s work helping Pennsylvania businesses invest in energy innovation and long-term affordability.
