Doug Corrigan is the Energy Assessment Quality Analyst working from the Penn State Great Valley campus, where he ensures the high quality of energy audit deliverables for PennTAP. In this role, he focuses on reviewing and verifying technical reports to provide actionable, high-quality data for clients.

Doug’s expertise spans several decades, including energy solutions development, distributed energy resources, demand response, and intelligent building controls. Before joining PennTAP, he was an independent consultant supporting the M&V contractor to the Pennsylvania Statewide Evaluator on PPL Utilities’ Large Custom Measure program, as well as advising multiple SaaS energy management startups on technical strategy.

Doug excels at blending energy assessments with hands-on field operations and data analytics. He has a proven track record of helping C&I portfolios cut costs and improve load flexibility by turning complex requirements into scalable, data-driven programs.
