Radha Krishna Padala is a graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University. Currently, he is pursuing his master’s in industrial engineering, focusing on operations, services, and analytics. He has achieved certificates in these domains which includes Internal Auditing of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to joining PennTAP, he worked for more than three years in the Automotive and Supply Chain industries managing design and development of operational projects, as well as coordinating the technical development and scheduling for engineering processes. As a graduate intern at PennTAP, he supports small to mid-size manufacturers through assisting with energy audits, writing technical reports, and continuous improvement of processes and operations.
