Aditya Krishnaswamy is a graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s degree in industrial engineering, focusing on supply chain management and logistics. Prior to joining PennTAP, he worked for over four years as a design engineer for a reputed Japanese automotive manufacturer, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, in a multinational consulting company. Along with design, he also executed activities related to process improvement and cost reduction for various projects. Additionally, he completed a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) which was implemented at the customer end to reduce cycle time for the engineering drawing creation process by 24%. As a graduate intern at PennTAP, he supports small to mid-size manufacturers through assisting with energy audits, writing technical reports, and continuous improvement of processes and operations.
